This is a small ministry, not a data company. Here is exactly what happens to your details when you give them to us.

What we collect

Your full name and your email address. That is it, and you only ever give them voluntarily: through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, or by taking the Spiritual Profile Quiz on this site.

We do not ask for your address, your phone number, or your payment details in order to receive anything from us. If you later book a session or sign an agreement, you will provide more information at that point, and you will know you are doing it.

What happens next

When you finish the Spiritual Profile Quiz, your answers go to an automation service called Make.com, which puts your results together and emails them to you from Brian's Gmail account. That is the whole path. A person, not a marketing system, is on the other end.

If you filled in a form on Facebook or Instagram instead, your name and email sit in Meta's own Leads Center until Brian collects them by hand.

What we use it for

Two things. To send you what you asked for, which is usually your Spiritual Profile results. And to send you occasional notes about spiritual direction: a reflection, an invitation, news of something opening up. These are written and sent by Brian, not blasted out by a platform.

What we never do

We never sell your details. We never rent them. We never hand them to anyone else so they can market to you. There is no list you are quietly added to somewhere else.

How to leave

Reply to any email from us and say stop, and the emails stop. No questions, no hard feelings.

If you want your details deleted from our records entirely, rather than just stopping the emails, write to brianlk1249@gmail.com and ask. We will do it and confirm when it is done.

Cookies and analytics

This site is built on GoDaddy Website Builder, and it does set cookies. Some are necessary to make the site work. Others are analytics cookies that tell us how many people visited a page and which pages they read. They do not tell us who you are.

The cookie banner you saw when you arrived is where you accept that. The Spiritual Profile Quiz runs as an app inside this site and may set its own cookies in order to hold your place while you work through the questions.

If you arrived here from an ad on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may also set cookies of its own, under their policy rather than ours.

Who else handles your details

We use ordinary business tools, and your name and email may pass through them. Each one holds your data on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for anything else.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when you fill in a lead form on one of their platforms.

Make.com, the automation that assembles and sends your quiz results.

Google (Gmail), the account those emails are sent from.

Calendly, if you book a session.

HoneyBook, if you go on to work with Brian under an agreement.

GoDaddy, which hosts this website.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
